About Me

Anthony “Ford” Jarrett is a 2027 goalkeeper from Hickory, North Carolina, standing 5’9” and weighing 164 lbs. With over 10 years of competitive experience, Ford plays at the Premier/D1 club level and currently serves as the varsity goalkeeper for Hickory High School, where he helped lead the team to a 20-5-1 record in 2025. That same year, he earned Conference Goalkeeper of the Year, All-Conference honors, and recorded 12 shutouts at the varsity level.Ford has been a long-time member of Catawba Valley Youth Soccer Association (CVYSA), developing within their Premier program since 2015, and has competed in the North Carolina Olympic Development Program (ODP) from 2020–2025. In 2025, he also served as a guest goalkeeper for Fusion FC, starting in ECNL-level tournaments with the U18/U19 squads. Known for his consistency, leadership, and shot-stopping ability, Ford continues to train under multiple high-level collegiate and professional goalkeeping coaches.

Academically, Ford maintains a solid GPA (3.2 weighted) and has been recognized with the Esprit du Corps Award in English while actively participating in Debate Club. He has strong interests in sports law, sports management, sports business, and coaching, reflecting his long-term commitment to athletics both on and off the field.
